Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

How to Make Creamy Shrimp Alfredo?


– 2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined – 1/4 cup butter – 1 cup mini peppers, sliced – 1/4 cup minced onion – 3 cloves garlic – 1/3 cup wine,

Heat a large skillet to medium high and add a spoonful of butter to the pan once hot.  Melt the butter then saute the shrimp about 1-2 minutes per side.

The shrimp will start to turn white/pink but dont worry that it is not complete cooked thru.  It will cook further when added to cream sauce.

Remove shrimp from pan and place on a side plate.
