How to make a No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake?


– 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Cup Sugar – 8 ounces Cream Cheese, block form, softened – 16 ounces Heavy Whipping Cream

Whip on high 8 ounces of the whipped cream until stiff peaks form.

Place the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar and mix until well blended. Then add the whipped cream until fully combined.

Using a spatula, spoon half the mixture into the bottom of one of the graham cracker crusts. Repeat with the second half in the second pie crust.
