  • 16 pieces Thick Cut bacon
  • Leftover Stuffing
  • Leftover Sweet Potatoes
Toppings (use any or all)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries minced
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Each two pieces of bacon yields 3 bacon cups.
  2. Roll out each piece of thick bacon to be 30% longer than it was purchased it at. (Don't buy thin bacon, it tends to burn because its too thin, by using the thick bacon, even when rolled out it is thicker than the thin bacon and doesn't burn)
  3. Take 16 pieces of bacon and fold them in half so that each piece is about 8" long.
  4. Take 8 of those pieces and cut them in half once again. (finished pieces are about 4" long.
  5. Take the longer pieces first and line the edges of a muffin tin.
  6. Then take one of the shorter pieces and place inside of the larger one to create the bottom of the cup. (see photo in notes)
