Ingredients
  • 1 whole large avocado, pit and skin removed
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper, stem and seeds removed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs cilantro, fresh, minced
  • 2 tbs onion, minced
  • 1-2 tbs fresh lime juice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.  Keep refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 3 days.  Can be made ahead.
